Aria the Animation - Episode 8:That Cool Hero...

A hero is born.
There is a cat superhero in the comic that President Aria is reading and he is really into him so he decides to become a hero just like him.

How does that look like delivering?
President Aria goes out and looks for people in need of help. The first person that he finds is a delivery guy who found a stuffed doll that belonged to a girl that was here a little while ago. President Aria accepts this mission and takes the doll.
Typical villain.
The first obstacle that President Aria runs into is a pray mantis but he easily takes care of it and resumes his chase after the girl.
Can you tell who I am now?
President Aria runs into Athena and is immediately recognized. He realizes that this is a problem and runs away.
Gnomes on earth work on lawns.

He seems eerily familiar.
Aika and President Hime run into acquaintance of theirs and President Aria also spots them soon after that. President Aria fools President Hime with his costume and she takes an interest to him. President Hime thinks that he is pretty cool since she hasn't seen him around. Aika is calling for President Hime but she notices President Aria and asks him why he's in such a weird costume. President Hime figures out that it's President Aria and then both Aika and President Hime leave.
K.O.
President Aria wanders into a forest but hears rustling sounds around him and he immediately tries to escape but out in front of him, President Maa jumps out and bites his stomach. Alice comes soon after to retrieve Maa and recognizes President Aria but he denies that he is President Aria.
Intensive training.

Target spotted.
While sitting on some steps looking at the doll, President Aria notices some colored balls and rings rolling down, which are soon followed by a distressed Akari. Akari recognizes President Aria and he denies that he is President Aria but he helps her even though his identity was found out. While pushing the biggest ball, President Aria accidently trips and jumps onto the ball and rolls it to the circus class that Akari came from. Everyone is impressed so he shows off but he sees the girl he was looking for in the distance and chases after her.
So close.

Come on mom.

A real hero.

Right before President Aria is able to catch up to the girl, he trips on a puddle and falls into it. During this, the girl goes into her house without noticing. President Aria is depressed because he got the doll dirty and failed his mission so he just leaves the doll on the porch and starts to leave. The girl can be heard in the background arguing with her mother that she is going to go look for her doll and opens the door and finds it sitting there for her. The mother complains that it's dirty but the girl says that even if he is, he came back and so she's thankful. This raises President Aria's mood as he goes back home to Alicia and Akari.

Analysis:
This episode was about President Aria imitating a superhero that he found in a comic book. He tries to help everyone but they can all find out his identity easily and he ends up helping only Akari and the little girl.
The theme of this part of the episode is thoughtfulness. President Aria felt that he failed his mission because he got the doll dirty and ruined it but the girl was still overjoyed that it came back to her. She was glad that he got back and didn't care what condition it was in. President Aria's thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated. This episode tells that viewer that you don't have to be a superhero to be loved by people. You just have to be thoughtful to others. Even though President Aria wasn't able to follow his rules of being a hero, his actions were still appreciated and he felt like a real hero in the end.
This part of the episode is called "That Cool Hero" because President Aria was cool for helping out people.
